A Collection of Negative Codes

"There is no Deliverance/Salavation" is found in Psalm 20:6-9 at a skip of -28--spelling (aleph, yod nun/yod shin ayin). This occurs in a passage that is saying:

"Now know I that the Lord saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand. Some trust in chariots and some in horses; but we will remember the name of the Lord out God. They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright. Save, Lord; Let the King hear us when we call" (Psalm 20: 6-9 KJV).

Also, "In Yeshua" (bet yod shin vav ayin) at a skip of +1 (spanning two words) occurs right next to the above phrase with the ayin in the phrase "In Yeshua" connected to the last ayin in "There is no Deliverance/Salvation".

Therefore, using the same methods as other subjective code researchers, this code could be saying, There is no deliverance in Yeshua.

The matrix displays the two phrases and the portion of text in question. The red letters are "In Yeshua" and the green letters are "There is no deliverance." The blue and fuschia colored letters are 2 more occurrances of the words "In Yeshua," which illustrates just how common this phrase is in the Bible text.

The next code comes from a web site claiming that Jesus Christ is Satan because both the words Jesus and Christ share letters with the word Satan (on the "S"and the "T") and this occurs at a skip of 666 in the English KJV. I'm not going to provide the URL because this site is about as unChristian as you can get and I don't want to have to get permission to use the gif on that page either. If you have a code program that will search the English KJV you can search for this one yourself.

This is to report on a new experiment.

Hypothesis:
There are self-contradicting ELS "codes" in the book of Genesis of the type: "there is no X; there is an X" where X is a noun.

Data:
All the nouns that occur in the Torah [Pentateuch]. Since all the nouns are used, no one can complain about possible pre-selection. There was none.

Protocol:
(1) For each noun, attach the word *)YN* ["there is no"] and search for an existing denial ELS "code" in the book of Genesis that says "there is no [noun]."
(2) If a "code" is found for the denial, attach the word "Y$* ["there is a"] to the same noun and search for an existing affirmation ELS "code" in Genesis that says "there is a [noun]."
(3) If a "code" is found for both the denial and affirmation, then record an instance of a contradiction.
(4) Calculate and record the probability expectation of each potential denial "code."

The following are the results:
Number of nouns in the Torah, as determined by the morphological keys in the Westminister Text of BHS, = 2482. Number of nouns tested in the experiment = 2482. Number of self contradictions found = 1722.

Note that, as probability expects, the expectation diminishes as the number of letters increase, by about a factor of 10 for each added letter.

The following is a summary of the number of denial "codes" with respect to the range of probability expectation.

Num of codes with expectation < 1.0 and >= 0.1 = 537
Num of codes with expectation < 0.1 and >= 0.01 = 214
Num of codes with expectation < 0.01 and >= 0.001 = 70
Num of codes with expectation < 0.001 and >= 0.0001 = 25
Num of codes with expectation < 0.0001 = 28

As expected, most of the "codes" fall within that anticipated by statistics. A few have exceptionally low expectations.

Actually, only 8 contradictions occurred with an expectation between 0.1 and 0.01, and only one occurred with an expcetation between 0.01 and 0.001. That "code" was:

The denial would be expected once in 114 different books the size of Genesis; whereas the affirmation would be expected once in 10 different books the size of Genesis. While none of the contradictions exceeded Guy's criterion of one in a 1000, this one meets the less stringent criterion of one in a 100.

Conclusion:
The book of Genesis contains hundreds of self-contradicting ELS "codes" of the type tested. One may assume that other types of self-contradicting ELS "codes" may also exist.

Here are two more negative codes, obviously not true:

*$+NYHWH*--Satan is Jehovah
Genesis 15:9 at the 39th letter with skip 4456. The code  occurs only once in the book. There are no sensible words before or after the code.

*$+N)LWH*--Satan is God ['Eloah]. Exodus 39:42 at the 17th letter with skip -3966. The code  occurs only once in the book. There are no sensible words before or after the code.
